Panaji: Railway Ministry should first give justice to past Land loosers of KRCL and than talk of more land, stated ShivSena Goa State President Jitesh Kamat through press release to counter Railway Minister Suresh Angadi’s remarks of quitting double track project in case of Goa government fails to provide more land.
Almost 700 land looser families are awaiting for justice for past many years. They were assured of giving a job per survey number in KRCL but has not been fulfilled, informed Kamat. Many of the youths have even crossed their age limit awaiting for jobs. Kamat has also demanded that their age limit should be relaxed and be given jobs at earliest. There is ample of scope for creating vacancy as extra workload has been imposed on the existing staff due to scarcity of manpower, expressed Kamat.
