Panaji: Congress party today said that the process to finalise candidate for upcoming election in Shiroda and Mandrem constituencies is on.
“The process is on finalise the candidate at Mandrem and Shiroda is on. We will inform you when it is completed. I don’t want to disclose anything about the list,” Congress Goa Chief Spokesman Sunil Kawathankar said.
