()Enquiry revealed that today at around 17:45hrs while deceased along with his other two co-workers were taking shelter under the temporary erected shade of plastic tarpaulin due to heavy rainfall and lightning, he was strike by lightning as a result of which he fell unconscious on the ground () Conducted Inquest panchanama and dead body sent for preservation at GMC Bambolim Mortuary .
