Panaji: With one more day left for filing nominations, the State Election Commission has received 178 candidature for total 50 constituencies of Zilla Panchayat, a senior official said.
Thursday would be the last day for filing the nomination for ZP poll, which is scheduled on March 22.
As per the data from State Election Commission, total 178 candidates have filed their nominations which includes 96 people from North Goa and 82 from South.
BJP, Congress, MGP and AAP are in the fray for the polls.
