Panaji: BJP leader and son of former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Utpal on Sunday has reacted to the decision of centre on J&K claiming he never imagined he will witness this day.
“Never imagined I will witness this day. Ths is testament to the strong and determined leadership we have lead (led) by @narendramodi. #370gaya #370gone,” he tweeted.
