Netravali: Sarpanch Bunda Varak faced a public ire for allegedly distributing the benefit of PM Krishi Sinchan Yojana to ineligible beneficiaries, keeping in dark the eligible ones.
In a video that has gone viral, several people are seen questioning Varak why they were kept in dark over the central government’s flagship scheme, while benefit was given to those who are not eligible.
The farmers claimed that no one informed them about the scheme and they were in dark, till recently.
The allegations are levelled against the Sarpanch for siphoning off the money in favour of the people who are close to him.
The video shows that Sarpanch was not able to reply to the people and instead fled from the spot.
