Panaji: Directorate of Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has identified additional entry points, from where there is possibility of fish being imported to Goa.
In an corrigendum issued, Government has identified additional entry points like Mollem, Naibag, Kiranpani, Querim, where the police and transport officials will be deployed from midnight to check the vehicles entering the State with fish.
Patradevi and Pollem were the two check posts which were kept under vigil as of now.
The checking at the new points will begin from midnight.
