Today Mapuca police station received Complainant stating that accused person assaulted him with slaps and fist blows, torn his T-shirt causing loss amounting to Rs. 5000/-, further outraged his Wife’s modesty by touching her and insulted his wife by saying filthy words. In his complaint, he also stated that accused person threatened to kill them over the issue of overcharging of parking fees by the parking contractor.
In connection Mapusa Police register offence u/s 504, 354-A, 509, 324, 427, 506(ii) r/w 34 IPC and investigation was taken up .
