Panaji: Cabinet today approved amendment to the Goa Lokayukta Act to extend the time-frame of filing the annual statements of assets and liabilities from June 30 to November 5.
The amendment will be introduced during the upcoming monsoon session of the State Legislative Assembly.
TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai said that the cabinet has approved amendment to the section 21 and sub-section I of the Goa Lokayukta Act to extend the deadline for filing of statement of assets and liabilities to November 5.
