Panaji : Dr Amar Patnaik, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) is scheduled to speak on ‘Institutions Matter : Lessons from Rural India’ in the ICG Series at the International Centre Goa on January 15 at 5 pm to 6 pm.
In view of the ongoing pandemic for safety reasons the programme will be held outdoors with a limited number of attendees and all standard protocols will be followed. The entry to the lecture is free of cost and is open for the general public. However, registration is required by email on pro@incentgoa.com
