Nurturing innovation and helping scale Goan startups, the mentor-led Goa Startup Accelerator initiative, organised by the Startup and IT Promotion Cell, DITE&C, is closing its applications on September 10, 2025.
Panjim, September 8, 2025: Registrations for the Goa Startup Accelerator Program, organised by the Startup and IT Promotion Cell, Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (DITE&C), Goa, will close on September 10, 2025. This is the last opportunity for interested startups to register.
Under the guidance of Minister Rohan Khaunte, the Goa Startup Accelerator Program, led by the Startup and IT Promotion Cell, is helping scale up 30 startups operating in the state. These will be selected through open applications and nominations by an expert selection committee comprising incubators, industry associations, and stakeholders.
The program invites MVP-stage (Minimum Viable Product) startups registered or working in Goa to apply and receive mentorship from business and technical experts, monitor real-time startup requirements, explore investment opportunities, attend 1:1 clinics and workshops, and participate in a demo day with investors and industry specialists.
Highlighting the impact of Goan startups, Director of DITE&C, Kabir Shirgaonkar, said Goan startups today are not just addressing real-world problems but also generating employment opportunities in the state. Through the Goa Startup Accelerator Program, we aim to support promising startups by facilitating access to investment and industry expertise. After a rigorous selection process, the top 30 startups will be chosen to participate in the program. We invite high-potential startups to apply and join us in shaping the future of Goa’s startup landscape.
