Panaji: A leading BJP functionary Vasudev Parab has been now under the scanner of law enforcement authorities after huge quantity of ketamine was seized last night from the factory owned by him at Pissurlem industrial Estate.
Directorate of Intelligence carried out extensive search at Vijay Industries during which 100 kg of ketamine has been found. The searches continued during entire night before sealing the factory at 8 a.m. today.
Though there are no formal statement issued by any agency, the eye witnesses confirmed that the search continued during entire night. The factory originally is into the manufacturing of grills.
The factory is owned by Vasudev Parab, a senior BJP functionary. The more details are awaited.
