Panaji: Minister Jayesh Salgaonkar has lambasted PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar for pothole ridden roads in his Saligao constituency.
Salgaonkar took on to twitter to express his unhappiness. He wrote: Haphazard development and shoddy work done by PWD has led to water logging problems and development of potholes. Commuters and local residents are having a harrowing time negotiating these potholes. I have instructed the PWD once again to hot mix the roads taking care to ensure that this time quality work is done. #SaligaoForward
