Mandur: Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour(IPHB), Bambolim in coordination with Institute of Nursing Education, Bambolim and Rural Health and training centre, Mandur as a part of *Mental health week* celebration organised awareness programme on the theme ” *Suicide prevention* ” at Mandur on October 11.
The people from Mandur village and surrounding areas participated in the programme.
The nursing student performed street play on the topic mental health promotion and suicide prevention
The officials Sudesh Gaude,Assistant professor in Psychiatric Social Work IPHB Bambolim, Vithoba Mhalkar, Assistant professor in Psychiatric Nursing,IPHB, Olinda Toscano, faculty from INE Bambolim, Dr.Nitin Dhubdhale,lecturer in charge and Dr.Archana,Astt.Lecturer,from Rural Health and training centre ,Mandur were present.
Nursing Student and staff of all three institute worked for success of the programme.
