Panaji: Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik has said that he would be discharged from the hospital after 4-5 days, and urged his well wishers not to crowd at the hospital.

Naik, who met with an accident while on his way back from Karnataka on last Monday, is currently being treated at Goa Medical College and Hospital near here.

Speaking to Goanewshub.com from the hospital, Naik said that with the blessings of everyone and God’s grace, he has recovered from the tragic accident.

“I am seeing this day after a long. I appeal people not to crowd at the hospital to meet me. I will be discharged in 4-5 days and after that I will meet everyone,” he said.

Naik urged his well wishers to pray for his recovery from wherever they are without visiting the hospital.

The Union Minister who has been recovering well at GMCH was brought out of the ward on a wheel-chair on Tuesday.

The frail looking minister greeted the hospital staff and doctors as he was wheeled out of the ward.
