Revora (Colvale): Former MLA and BJP leader Kiran Kandolkar has claimed that he is juniormost in the proposed regional party which will be announced after Zilla Panchayat and Municipal polls in the State.
Kandolkar said that he has been sidelined in BJP by “few leaders in the organization” after which he has decided to quit the party.
“The process to form new regional party has already begun. There are eight winnable constituencies were we have already zeroed down on. There will be more constituencies which will be added to the bucket in the months to come,” he said.
While refusing to reveal names of the people who were with him, Kandolkar said that there are people from all the castes and religion have joined hands for new regional outfit, which aims to give good governance in the state.
He claimed that there will be no acceptance for national parties during next election.
Kandolkar said that there is no possibility of he going back to BJP again.
