Panaji: Goa Bench of Bombay High Court has admitted a writ petition filed challenging the recruitment process carried out by North Goa Collectorate for the appointment to the post of 16 Awal Karkun.
Petitioner Naveena G Naik has pointed out various discripencies in the recruitment for this coveted posts.
The petition came for hearing before the High Court on August 18 wherein the court has admitted the petition by issuing rule in the matter and thereby further directing all the appointments to the post of Awal Karkun will be subject to the outcome of the petition.
The Court has issued notices to the appointed candidates. The parties to the petition are directed to complete the pleadings within a period of four months and liberty is granted to the petitioner to move to the High Court for circulation for early hearing of the matter.
