Panaji: Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa in his submission before the Supreme Court in connection with the hearing on disqualification petition has claimed that he has tested positive for COVID-19 infection and being treated in the hospital.
D’Sa has filed the reply in connection with the Supreme court hearing on disqualification petition filed against all the 10 former Congress MLAs.
Advocate for D’Sa Misha Rohatgi has submitted that the respondent number 8 (Wilfred D’Sa) will be seeking an adjournment of four weeks on account of the respondent number 8 yet to be discharged from hospital after testing covid positive.
