Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today issued directions to the Department of Social Welfare to ensure that the Special Cell for Disabilities, is set up in next eight days.
He was speaking during the inauguration of Manohar Parrikar Memorial Hall at Sanjay School, Porvorim.
Chief Minister has also directed the department to ensure that there is 100 percent enrolment special children with disability in the schools.
