Margao: Goa Forward Party President Vijai Sardesai has demanded that Siddhi Naik death case be reopened and handed over to the CBI.
Sardesai also said that chief minister’s willingness to hand over Sonali Phogat murder case to CBI is a confession of Goa government’s pathetic incompetence and its miserable attempt to misdirect from the facts of the case.
On Sunday, Sardesai took on to twitter.
He wrote: CM @DrPramodPSawant’s willingness to hand over #SonaliPhogat murder to #CBI is a confession of @GovtofGoa’s pathetic incompetence and its miserable attempt to misdirect from the facts of the case, and validates the family’s trust deficit in the @goacm, his words and his police.”
“I speak for #SiddhiNaik I demand that the botched up and shut case of #SiddhiNaik be reopened and handed over to the #CBI forthwith. @GovtofGoa’s callousness and incompetence have resulted in denying a poor girl and her family a fair, thorough probe. Justice must be done to all.”
