Panaji: Congress party today lamented the attitude of IFFI organizers to drive out the stalls selling authentic Goan food to the delegates.
Congress Goa spokesman Amarnath Panjikar said that the self-help groups which were selling the authentic Goan food were driven out of the IFFI premises and given stalls far away at the spots like Joggers Park and Campal ground.
He said that the initial idea of introducing authentic Goan cuisine to the delegates was defeated due to this action.
Congress has demanded that Entertainment society of Goa should doing injustice and allow these self help groups to operate from IFFI premises.
