Panaji: Goa Youth Forward has declared the First All Goa School level elocution competition to be held on December 19.
GYF Chief Raj Malik addressing a press conference said that the competition will be initiative to imbibe spirit of leadership amongst the students.
He said that the event would be annual one to be organised by GYF.
