Goa Youth Congress appeals to be part of ‘Behatar Bharat Buniyaad’

Panaji: Stating that politics of hate and division is taking place in the country, Goa Pradesh Youth Congress on Thursday appealed youths to join ‘Behatar Bharat Buniyaad’ movement to bring peace.

GPYC President Joel Andrade on Thursday addressed a press conference and said that youths of the nation are looking to bring change by eradicating politics of hate and division.

General Secretary Ahraj Mulla, South Goa District President Mahesh Nadar and Social Media in-charge Devsurbee Yaduvanshi were present.

“There is an issue of unemployment in the country and also in Goa. BJP governments have failed to provide jobs. I appeal to youths to be part of ‘Behatar Bharat Buniyaad’ and help the country to erase hate politics,” Andrade said.

“Our country is facing a challenging time be it economic, social or political. Now youths want change,” he said.

He said that the ‘Behatar Bharat Buiniyad’ convention will be held in Bangaluru from July 10 to 12, in which members of Youth Congress will partake.

General Secretary Ahraj Mulla said that the country needs a strong foundation to bring peace and hence during this convention deliberation will be done on several issues.

“Prior to this convention we will have local discussion in Goa and then we will attend the convention to understand the issue and resolve it,” Mulla said.

He said that unemployment is the major issue in the country.

South Goa District President Mahesh Nadar said that citizens of India are facing many problems. “We will discuss these issues in the convention,” he said.

Social Media in-charge Devsurbee Yaduvanshi appealed youths to join social media platforms of Youth Congress and to be part of the movement to build the foundation of India.
