Panaji: All India Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) on Wednesday announced its 19-member state level committee.
The party had contested Goa Legislative Assembly election in alliance with Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party but could not win on any seat.
In a major announcement, post-Goa elections, the party nominated its leaders Samil Volvoikar and Mariano Rodrigues as the joint conveners.
Environmental crusador Rajendra Kakodkar has been nominated as Chairman for North Goa while social activist Dr Jorson Fernandes is Chairman for South Goa.
Shivdas Naik and Kanta Gaude are co-chairman for South Goa and North Goa respectively.
Gandhi Henriques, Mario Pinto, Rakhi Naik, Victor Gonsalves, Sachin Ghotge, Dasharath Mandrekar and Sheetal Gunjikar are nominated as General Secretaries.
Maria Lopez, Gilroy Costa, Rajesh Naik, Mahesh Bhandari and Ganpat Gaonkar are appointed as Secretaries.
Avita Bandodkar will head the women unit of the party in the state while Anthnoy Pixeto is elected as Coordinator for Youth wing.
Trajano D’Mello is the coordinator for the party’s communication wing. Sultana Shaikh is coordinator for Minority wing, Shankar Mandrekar as Coordinator for SC/ST, Anand Naik is for OBC wing coordinator.
