Bengaluru, November 18, 2025: The 28th Edition of the Bengaluru Tech Summit opened today at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and technology leaders for three days of discussions, showcases and collaborations.
At this year’s summit, the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Government of Goa, has set up a dedicated state pavilion in Hall 3, Stall HS5a. The pavilion, themed Goa – India’s Creative Capital, also features its Startup & IT Promotion Cell (SITPC), capturing the state’s rising presence in digital innovation, manufacturing, design and entrepreneurship. The stall illustrates how Goa is shaping a distinct tech landscape powered by strong digital connectivity, evolving industrial and IT infrastructure, flexible governance processes and a work–life environment that appeals to both talent and emerging enterprises.
The exhibit presents major projects such as the Goa AI Mission 2027, the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster in Tuem, the upgraded Goa Broadband Network integrated with BharatNet and other upcoming projects. Through the Startup & IT Promotion Cell (SITPC), the State is implementing the Startup Policy 2025, currently supporting 716 startups through targeted schemes that enable idea development, scale-up and access to opportunities.
A key highlight this year is the participation of two startups from Goa showcasing their products at the summit. Spintly, known for its IoT-based smart access solutions powered by BLE-Mesh technology, is demonstrating how modern buildings can adopt wireless, secure and scalable access systems. Genora, through its flagship product VoxIntel, is presenting a data-driven political campaign intelligence platform designed for enhanced outreach and analysis.
For Goa, the Bengaluru Tech Summit offers more than a platform to exhibit. It opens doors to new partnerships, visibility, investment interest and collaboration with global technology companies, while allowing startups to engage directly with industry and potential clients.
As the three-day summit continues until November 20, the Goa Pavilion welcomes visitors, investors and technology leaders to explore opportunities and interact with startups.
