Panaji: A day after a group of eight of its members merged the Legislative Party into BJP, AICC Goa Desk incharge Dinesh Gundu Rao has rushed to the coastal state.
Rao who arrived late night in Goa is expected to hold series of meeting with the remaining MLAs of the Congress and also the office bearers to review the situation.
“I just came. I will be meeting all the members of legislative assembly and also the office bearers,” Rao said.
When asked about his response to the political development, Rao told reporters that he will come back to them after holding the meetings.
“I don’t want to make any comments right now,” he said.
