Margao: Goa Forward Party Chief Vijai Sardesai has wished Goans on Konkani ‘Rashtramanyatay Dis’, a day when our mothertongue was included in eighth schedule of the Indian Constitution.
In a message released, Sardesai has wished everyone on this day.
