Panaji: German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who is currently visiting India, will be arriving in Goa on Saturday.
Sources stated that the German Chancellor will visit the German naval frigate Baden-Wuerttemberg and the combat support ship Frankfurt am Main, which are making a scheduled port call as part of Germany’s Indo-Pacific deployment at Mormugao Port.
He is also expected to interact with students at BITS Pilani during his visit.
The Chancellor’s visit to India includes participation in the 7th Intergovernmental Consultations and the 18th Asia Pacific Conference of German Business.
