Anjuna: Anjuna police have detained former Arpora-Nagoa Secretary Raghuvir Bagkar, who was responsible for giving licence to Birch by Romeo Lane at Arpora nightclub.
Mapusa court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by Bagkar.
Sources stated that Anjuna police will soon place him under arrest.
Bagkar was dismissed from the services by Directorate of Panchayat.
