Panaji: The Met department had warned fishermen against venturing into sea for next 24 hours due to rough weather conditions.
In a statement issued, Met department has said that there is presence of deep depression over South West Arabian Sea.
Also squally weather with wind speed reaching 45-55 kmph gusting 65 kmph is likely to prevail off south Maharashtra -Goa coast today and tomorrow.
Fishermen are advised not to venture along and off South maharashtra-Goa coast during the above period.
