Porvorim: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said that all those involved in fleecing people under the pretext of providing government jobs would not be spared.
Talking to reporters after the state cabinet meeting, Sawant said that the police have filed various cases against different individuals in connection with the job scam. He said that no one would be spared, and action would be taken against each one involved in fleecing the public under the pretext of providing government jobs.
The Chief Minister said that all the government jobs would be filled through the state government-appointed Staff Selection Commission, which is a very transparent process.
He pointed out that some people have paid money to the fraudsters for government jobs, which are never advertised or exist. “We expect that the people don’t fall for such fraudsters,” Sawant said.
