Panaji: In yet another great feat by an emergency medical technician (EMT) of 108 ambulance service, EMT Chiranjeevi and hee team helped deliver a baby girl enroute GMC. Informing of the same Health Minister Vishwajit Rane tweeted, “GVK EMRI 108 has always been one step ahead in saving lives. Our EMT Chiranjeevi & her team successfully delivered a baby girl early morning enroute to GMC. The baby was given pre-hospital care by 108 team. I would like to congratulate the team for their commendable efforts.”
This is reportedly the third such case since last month. The prompt action of the EMTs have helped mothers deliver their baby enroute to hospital.
