Porvorim: Deputy Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly Isidore Fernandes has congratulated Central government for their decisions on Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that the decision taken by centre is historic, bold and reflects of patriotic image of the central government.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah should be congratulated for their decision, he added.
