Panaji: Goa’s Dr.Anika Anil Prabhu Parrikar from Panaji, has secured All India rank sixth and got admission at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jodhpur.
Dr Anika completed her MBBS and MD Pulmonary Medicine both from Goa Medical College Bambolim.
Dr Anika has worked in Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Goa Medical College as Senior Resident for 3 years after her postgraduation.
Currently she is working as a Consultant Pulmonologist at Healthway Hospital Panjim and Old Goa, Trinity Hospital Miramar and Wisdom Hospital Panjim.
She has cleared the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Respiratory Medicine examination and also cleared the European Diploma of Adult Respiratory Medicine (EDRM).
Now she will be studying her superspecialization -DM Pulmonary, Critical care and Sleep Medicine for the next 3 years at AIIMS Jodhpur.
