Panaji: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has informed that he will not celebrate his birthday on April 24, 2019. If well-wishers want to wish him by presenting flowers or publishing advertisements, they may instead contribute to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the benefit of needy and poor.
