Margao: While Prudent Media on Tuesday quoted Congress MLA Digambar Kamat visiting Delhi, within hours, another local channel InGoa24x7 came up with the flight details to confirm his visit.
Kamat’s visit attains importance as the rumours are rife about a section of Congress MLAs joining BJP in the days to come. Leader of Opposition Michael Lobo and his wife, Delilah Lobo, who is also MLA, however are currently travelling to Vailankanni.
On Tuesday, Kamat told Prudent Media that he has not travelled to Delhi.
Hours later, InGoa24x7 carried a video giving details of his ticket to Delhi. It showed that on Monday, September 05, there was a ticket booked in Kamat’s name of a flight leaving Goa at 8.20 am and reaching Delhi at 10.55 am.
It was not confirmed whether Kamat travelled on that ticket.
