Panaji: MGP MLA Sudin Dhavalikar has said that he will not be challenging the High Court’s order on the Disqualification Petition filed by him against two of his former MLAs due to “paucity of funds.”

Prudent Media quoted Dhavalikar as saying “I will not challenge the High Court verdict on Disqualification petition in the Supreme Court because of the financial crunch. I feel the Act should be amended. I will appeal to the President of India requesting him to amend the Act. Such MLAs must not be permitted to contest elections for 6 years.”
