Anjuna: Even as the owners of Curlies Restaurant have claimed that they have received stay on the demolition of their structure, a senior official from Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority say that the stay is partial.
“We have not received any SC judgment staying the demolition. But even if there is a stay, it would be partial restricted to survey number 42/10,” a senior official said.
He said that rest of the structures are disowned by Curlies which are grossly violating the CRZ norms and would be demolished by the squad irrespective of the Supreme Court order.
