Panaji: Goa on Wednesday reported 480 new COVID-19 infections taking the tally of cases to 9924.
Health Department said that 161 people had recovered from the infection taking the total of such patients to 6641.
“Out of 3575 samples tested on Tuesday, 2520 are negative, 480 returned positive while reports of 575 are awaited,” an official said.
A 62-year-old man, a 74-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman died due to the infection.
