Panaji: With the biggest single-day spoke of 258 COVID-19 positive cases on Monday, Goa’s total tally of patients grew to 5,119, an official said.
As per Health department’s bulletin, a 58-year-old man succumbed to the infection during the day.
The day also saw 133 people sent back home after their recovery from various covidcare centres.
Health department said that out of 8,249 samples tested during the day, 1,875 are negative and 6116 reports are awaited.
