Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 56 and reached 53,773 on Friday , a health department official said.
The death toll remained at 770 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 52,243 with 78 of them getting discharged on Friday. The number of active cases is now 760, the official said.
“With 1,417 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,59,485,” he added.
