Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 48 and reached 54,323 on Tuesday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 784 as three of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 53,035 with 66 of them getting discharged on Tuesday. The number of active cases is now 504, the official said.
“With 1,608 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,75,057,” he added.
