Panaji: Total 476 people tested positive for COVID-19 infection in the state on Friday taking the tally to 10,970, health department said.
The official said that 245 patients were discharged from various facilities taking the number of such patients to 7157.
“Out of 3707 samples, 2451 were negative, 476 positive while 780 reports are awaited,” the official said.
A 45-year-old man and a 49-year-old man succumbed to the infection during the day.
