Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 88 and reached 50,064 on Sunday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 721 three of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 48,371 with 91 of them getting discharge on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 972, the official said.
“A total of 966 samples were tested during the day,” he added.
