Panaji: Total 615 Healthcare workers were inoculated on Saturday at eight different facilities across the state, a senior health department official said.
State Health department, in a press statement released here, stated that total 615 Healthcare workers were vaccinated on Saturday.
The vaccination was taken up at Goa Medical College and Hospital where 128 Healthcare workers were inoculated followed by South District Hospital at Margao where 100 were given the vaccine.
At Sub District Hospital, Chicalim (South Goa) 80 Healthcare workers were vaccinated while 61 were at Sub District Hospital Ponda (South Goa).
In all 41 Healthcare workers were vaccinated at Community Health Centres at Canacona and Curchorem, Cardiac Hospital and ESI hospital at Margao, all of which are in South Goa, he said.
