Panaji: Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee President Pratima Coutinho stirred up controversy when she carried India’s map without Kashmir in her Independence Day wishes.
BJP leader Siddharth Kunkolienkar pointing out to the grave mistake, tweeted “#shameful that president of @INCGoa Mahila #Congress @adv_coutinho puts up #India map without #Kashmir. Expect suomoto action fr @DGP_Goa.
When contacted, Pratima said that it was a mistake of her designer. She also tendered apology for the mistake.
“It was Varad Mardolkar Goa Youth Congress President’s post which my designing person copied and pasted my snap. It’s a mistake,” she said.
