Panaji: Congress party on Wednesday announced its second list of candidates for Zilla Panchayat polls.
The list includes five candidates in North and four in South Goa.
Ruby Gokuldas Halarnkar (Aldona), Sangeeta Lingudkar (Anjuna), Vishal Volvoikar (Corlim), Anthony Fernandes (St Lowrence) and Prasad Chodankar (Mayem).
Sonia Fernandes (Guirdolim), Shyam Bhandari (Sanvordem), Reshma Velip (Poinguinim) and Luphino Xavier (Cortalim)
