Panaji: Congress party has taken proactive step by keeping together its five MLAs ahead of the Presidential Poll.
Sources confirmed that 5 MLAs of Congress have been taken to Delhi where they will be spending their weekend. They are also likely to meet their high command leaders.
All the MLAs were taken to Delhi after the Assembly session on Friday. The 5 MLAs will return only on Sunday, hours before the election.
While five MLAs including Michael Lobo and Digambar Kamat are still in Goa, the other five are in Delhi. Aleixo Sequeira is in Goa.
