Nuvem: Wife of Congress MLA Wilfred D’Sa representing Nuvem seems to be heading for a trouble as one of the local has accused her of swearing false affidavit claiming herself to be caretaker of his Agricultural land.
Arvind F D’Sa, in a complaint filed before Maina-Curtorim Police Station, has said that Freda D’Sa has submitted a false affidavit in order to obtain a Krishi Card has sworn that she is the caretaker of the lands bearing survey no 207/4 and 206/11 belonging to Jose D’Sa and further has also illegally claimed subsidy benefits from the government.
“I would however like to claim that the said fields belong to my father and the affidavit sworn is false since Freda D’Sa has no relation to my father and has never been appointed as a caretaker of our family fields,” the complaint mentions.
The complainant has requested that her Krishi Card be cancelled at the earliest and necessary legal action be taken against her for swearing false affidavit.
