Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that he would be writing to Election Commission of India demanding roll back of code of conduct in South district.
The code was imposed as a part of Lok Sabha elections for entire state. The code in North Goa to continue because of Panaji by election.
Sawant said that he would be writing to ECI so that the permissions for developmental works need not be taken from election officials.
